Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Financial District

I was offered an upgrade at the Hilton Garden Inn check in to a suite in the neighbouring Double Tree my Hilton hotel. The upgraded accommodation was excellent, and this the stay I have evaluated. Room was spacious and perfectly equipped. A good breakfast experience and buffet choices. Enjoyed it.

First time coming to Riyadh, but certainly COMING BACK AGAIN TO HILTON!! To be totally honest, on arrival, the female receptionist had a poor attitude toward me; she had made a payment error and had displayed a lack of professionalism from the start by raising her voice, but fortunately no one else was present to see it. But as soon as I called the front desk supervisor, he arrived and quickly resolved the problem. He offered us a free supper and refreshments and was really gracious. I want to personally praise him for his moral character and problem-solving abilities. Unfortunately, I was unable to thank him in person before checking out, but perhaps he will get the message. In addition, the entire staff was incredibly kind! 100% excellent professional quality; lovely, welcoming services. Start with the accommodating housekeeping staff, in particular Mr. Milborn, for his excellent service in guiding us to the hotel's desired location. Additionally, I appreciate Mr. George from Food and Beverage for his invitation and compassion, as well as Mr. Ibrahim for his grin and the delicious chocolate I received. During my stay, I truly felt the warm welcome, excellent service, high level of respect, and pleasant short talk I had with them. Despite the fact that I placed my order online, the security and other staff members were gracious enough to discourage me from reaching the lobby and instead delivered the goods to my room. When we stay at a hotel, we specifically look for outstanding service and hospitality, and I firmly feel that the hotel's administration has developed this. Thank you to everyone, including the staff members whose names I regrettably can’t recall, for the pleasant stay I had these two days. And I strongly request that management look into the unprofessional female receptionist I initially encountered, as such actions could undoubtedly have a negative impact.

Spacious, clean room. I asked for lower level closed to elevator with great view, they fulfilled it. Staffs are very responsive and helpful. Especially the room service and staffs in the breakfast area. They are very helpful and responsive. Location also very good, as it in the city center.

Good location for Diriyah and airport and uber rides always very close as right on highway. Pleasant staff. Starbucks in lobby and snacks. Had to move the furniture in the standard twin as table in way of bed but not a problem. Comfy bed and pillows.

The room is clean. It has enough space, in my opinion. The breakfast was good. Generally, it has a nice atmosphere.
